We want you to love your ornament. Because each one is personalized with the letter you choose and made to order, we handle returns as follows.
Personalized items
Since every ornament is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your ornament arrives damaged, defective, or with a different letter than the one you ordered, please email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
Order changes and cancellations
Need to change your letter or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. Once your ornament is in production we may not be able to make changes.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
